Its still funny to me that i wanted the fake iphones that have dual sim and TV while having this legit phone. Dont get me wrong. I liked it, in that time I was amazed that they have TV hahahaha

This was my first iphone and sold or ganded down almost every single iphone I had after this and but kept the 3gs for sentimental reasons. I fired it up after getting a bootleg charging cable and lo and behold..ot still works! Now I’m kinda excited to use this thing in public along with my 1st gen ipod touch. Great video btw
I don't think its forgettable. The 3GS' is a masterpiece in terms of design, it definitely is one of the most beautiful phones ever.

How did you turn it on? My isnt even found by itunes. It also was my first and last iphone cause i just realized with it that apple is garbage. One proof for that is that my iphone doesnt even let me use it but my oldest sony phone still works fine. Also every other non apple phone stil works.
My roommate had a iPhone 3GS and the moment I myself could play around wiith it I knew that smartphones are here to stay. It was like the first matured smartphone which rapidly accelerated in later generations

Note: I did actually about 2yrs ago, lend it to a Housemate, to use when their Phone (apple) shat itself. lol….So yeah, worked. I however, only used it for Camera. Having gone from the LG Viewty (best phone and makes apple look fcking stupid, like a Chinese knockoff.) Touch phone, with Best Camera, and even a pen. BEFORE APPLE! I love that phone..(still have it.)(still works and in perfect condition.) LG4 crap, Lg 5, made me try Samsung. Loved, but, did not upgrade from the s10+ but, Mum bought me a Google Pixel 6…which i run now.

The 4 was a letdown I liked the 3GS more
Ah my first phone. I used it until every physical button on that thing was dead save for the power port so when I want to turn it on I have to plug and unplug it. Now I run an almost intact iphone 5 because I can only use my parents old phone.
The iPhone 4 used a Samsung processor as well they just didn’t advertise it as such.
I loved my white 3gs. I remember upgrading right away from the iPhone 3g because it recorded videos. Boy, times have changed, lol. Switched to the 4 when it came out because of it's retina display. It's crazy thinking about how much phones have changed. There's a white 3gs on eBay right now In perfect condition, lol

Short but maybe interesting question… I recall the iPhone 3 GS has a reflectie layer behind the screen so in direct sunlight one can see everything well even when putting the brightness of the screen lower…?

one of my favorite iPhones. super revolutionary with that advertisement about the iPhone being in a briefcase really shows how proud they were of the iPhone 3GS. currently waiting on a screen replacement to arrive so i can fix an iPhone 6 for a friend
