Best Buy was selling those for 199.99. On labor day. So not bad idea to check the website. Really was considering it. But at the end. Just go for the Lenovo M10 plus 3 gen 128 GB 4 gb ram. Running Android 12.

This things multicore/all core score is about 30% worse than my 3 year old computers single core score …
I only paid $175 for my CPU, it was entry level for its generation, its multicore/all core score is 10x's as high.
I was really interested in this, but that's anemic at best ..

Thanks for reviewing this. This kind of device is most interesting to me. My SPX (half-price new model) will keep me going for a year or two longer, but I really want to get a device which is:
* <0.5Kg
* Battery life: 15Hrs< or something where I don't think about charging strategy!
* Performance akin to M1 so again don't have to worry about it running stuff and a budget buy price as a 2nd device for emphasis on portability and convenience.
* Incredible screen in all respects so eyes are looked after eg for reading ebooks
* That versatile kickstand portrait and landscape is excellent in this model so that too but with a dock for the pen would be nice
* Keyboard can be connected bluetooth so flexible connecting options.
I'm really hoping to see convergence of tech to produce this.
That camera is cool.But I wonder if the motor will break?
The motorized camera reminds me of Asus mobile which came with this innovation about 3 years ago

Sir i am waiting this channel since last 4 days. New here. Can you show screenshot of video of 1260p power consumption while running cinebench r23 test. Is it taking 28 watt or more or less. Please please inform me. No one is showing power consumption of thin and light chips on full load of CPU.

While your review clarifies some things, half a year after launch I still do not know 1) how the display reflectance looks outdoors and b) if the tablet with backcover lies flat on the table or the camera still creates a bump. How about single thread performance?
While the MSRP was a bit steep, the current sale price is reasonable, as is the pen. The keyboard price is outrageous but I do not care or need it.
As much as I would like to get a Windows tablet, I do not buy it because 1) it is not sold in Germany, 2) mirrored lamps indoors suggest very great reflectance outdoors, 3) it is not available with Windows Pro and buying a license for €139 would be unreasonable when preinstalled a surcharge should be about €60, 4) the battery life is underwhelming.
Windows S only, really, what is HP thinking?!

I like the quality of the built in 1080p camera and the mic is nice and clear. It's not bad for a tablet and so I am impressed. Thank you Andrew once again for your thorough review!

I like these kind of devices, small tablets that run Windows. I have a Surface Go 3 with the i3 cpu. I like that HP used a good display and the vertical mode would be nice to work on Word docs. One thing that's underrated is how nice it is to do work on a fan-less PC. Very easy to concentrate.
For a travel device to get work done, this is a good device. Also, not a bad price
Secondary device is right. It might be a good buy in the "used" market. Would prefer to go with a surface go. At least HP is not asking for an arm and leg for this device.
Just on OK device. Would be nice if Microsoft would do away with the S version of windows. This device should be designed with being able to use with a simm card. Camera was good and microphones sounded clear. Display very good for a device of this type. According to hp web site in the question and answer area the device will be compatible with most Windows ink-compatible stylus pens. One might not have to purchase a pen if they already have one. Another USB-C port would be nice to allow one to charge this device and have one USB-C port available for the user at the same time. Great review.
