Being an android fan all my life and watching on a S21 ultra, I wanna buy an iPhone 3G. I usually come back to not only this video but the iPod nano just because the presentations were so good and you truly felt like you were getting an upgrade. Now it's "Hey, new processor that you'll hardly notice a change in from the last 3 years, we're giving you less stuff in the box, and we are raising prices". This is back when phones were actually exciting to know what was next.

7:05 incredible how loading a website for 21s was "amazingly zippy" and now they load within a second or two. I wish Steve was here to see technology's progress. It's also sad that the "make iPhone more affordable" mentality died with him.
I never liked ios, but it's undeniable that this phone and its direct predecessor really did change the way people communicate and see their devices. This phone had almost every feature that we have today, and really other than graphics and hardware they really havn't moved that far from the vision that Apple had here. GPS, app store, music, camera, web browser, media. Really changed the landscape of devices.
